Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in implementing HR strategy, managing talent, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Provide leadership on performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolutions and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and monitor HR KPIs and provide regular reports to the executive team
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
